Minor plot hole - The infected used a car as a counterbalance for the leg snare trap that they set for Robert Neville. That means that the weight of the vehicle (roughly 2 tons) would have been transmitted to his leg. At the very least Neville would have suffered numerous muscle and ligament tears from being dragged into the air by this force. At worst, his leg would have been dislocated at the hip or torn off completely.
Minor plot hole - Neville is shown covering his scent by pouring bleach on the steps of the house in which he lives. This after being the only non-infected human being in New York City for FIVE YEARS, wouldn't simply alert the infected that the home whose steps smelled of bleach is the one he lives in?
Minor plot hole - The Brooklyn Bridge is shown being destroyed by jets launching missiles to destroy its roadway. SInce on suspension bridges, the roadway supports the towers, then destroying it would have collapsed the entire bridge, likely killing the protagonist and everyone standing around the base of the tower.
